Honig Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California, 2008, $65

Black cherry and blueberry fruit with hints of exotic spices are perfectly balanced by sweet oak. The palate is full and rich with moderate tannins and a long finish.  The lingering finish is complimented from 18 months in American oak barrels.  This is a classic California cabernet sauvignon!

 Honig Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, California, 2010 $34

Smooth and crisp with daring flavors of grapefruit and melon, with a graceful light oak finish.

 Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer, Pfalz, Germany, 2010, $32

This gewürztraminer is clean, fruity and wonderfully light on its feet. It shows off the aromatic charm of the variety with the deliciously juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spice.

 Kistler Chardonnay, Sonoma Mountain, California, 2009, $110

This chardonnay is full-bodied but with balanced acidity and a dusting of minerality to offset its rich fruit. The fruit in the 2009 vintage leans toward peaches and nectarines, with toasty-buttery brioche notes and a subtle undercurrent of white flowers. Bottled unfined and unfiltered for a pure experience.

Flatbreads

Baked right on the hearth in our outdoor wood fired brick oven. Weather permitting.  Please allow extra time for our flatbread pizza during busy hours.

To ensure quality, pizzas are generally served immediately from the oven; complete orders to large parties may not be delivered to the table at one time.  We are unable to “split” pizzas.
